Bilateral meeting will be organized according to request received from the participant before the event. While these request will be collected and scheduled first-come first-served basis, during the coffee and lunch breaks, final arrangements will be made.

Regarding the travel support, only Universities and Research Organisations with an approved presentation will be supported. Companies are not eligible for the support.
